At Vedas Organics, we stand by the quality of our vermicompost and organic products. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.

1. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if: The product is damaged during delivery; and
You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, with supporting photo/video evidence.
Refunds are not available for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or incorrect use.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked.
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer.
Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a replacement (if requested) or store credit (if no replacement requested).
